Concrete Jits Part 1&2
Concrete Jits is a reality based look at defending yourself from your back. The relationship between violence and victim doesn't look like the sport of jujitsu. If you find yourself on the ground in a real life situation, it will most likely be because things went wrong, not right.
In this video we explore the various methods used by violence to dominate, while you are on your back. Once you see what really transpires in attacks on the ground you will be amazed at just how proficient you can be a learning to protect yourself, like a professional, in a very short time.

Because attackers are, generally, not black belts in jujitsu, learning that system in it's entirety isn't necessary. However, we did steal some really cool stuff from BJJ and Wrestling and put it in a blender with some really cool force multipliers and bam, you have a ground game for the streets.
